Deployment Strategist - Enterprise AI Agents

The Opportunity

• We are representing a high-growth enterprise AI company building production-grade AI agents for large organisations.
• The company has raised approximately US$286m, reached a reported US$2bn valuation, and is scaling globally at speed. Its platform helps enterprises deploy AI agents across customer service, operations, workflow automation, voice, chat, email, and internal processes.
• This role sits at the critical point where enterprise AI succeeds or fails - execution.
• You will help customers turn ambitious AI programmes into real deployments with clear use cases, stakeholder alignment, integrations, measurable outcomes, and ongoing adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Own delivery of enterprise AI agent deployments from scoping through production launch.
• Define requirements, success metrics, risks, timelines, operating models, and implementation plans.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders across operations, technology, transformation, customer experience, and executive teams.
• Coordinate internal teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, FDE, and Customer Success.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into structured deployment plans.
• Unblock technical, operational, commercial, and stakeholder complexity.
• Identify expansion opportunities and additional high-value AI use cases.
• Help create repeatable deployment playbooks as the business scales.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in strategy consulting, technical delivery, implementation, customer success, transformation, product operations, or technical programme management.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technical audiences.
• Ability to manage complex projects, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Comfort working with technical products, integrations, AI, automation, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear execution.
• High ownership, pace, judgement, and customer empathy.
• Strong interest in AI agents and the future of enterprise automation.
