Founding AI Success Manager - Enterprise AI Platform

The Opportunity

  • We are partnering with one of the fastest-scaling enterprise AI companies globally, now building its early team in Australia.
  • The company has crossed US$100m+ in ARR, raised US$270m+ from tier-one investors, and is operating at unicorn scale. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture firms, the business is building production-grade AI technology that helps large organisations transform customer conversations, improve operational performance, automate inefficient workflows, and unlock measurable value from AI.
  • This is a founding customer-facing role in-region, sitting at the intersection of AI product adoption, strategy consulting, customer success, transformation, and enterprise account ownership.
  • You will work with major enterprise customers to ensure AI is not just implemented, but adopted, measured, expanded, and embedded into how their teams operate.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers to drive AI adoption, product usage, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across executives, operations leaders, technical teams, and customer-facing personnel.
  • Define customer success frameworks, value metrics, adoption plans, and expansion pathways.
  • Guide customers on how to use AI products effectively across workflows, prompts, configurations, process change, and operating models.
  • Run business reviews, track account health, identify risks, and drive renewals and expansion.
  • Use customer data, usage insights, and operational feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure customers realise value quickly.
  • Help customers move from AI experimentation into production-grade adoption.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, strategy consulting, implementation, transformation, account management, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience owning complex customer relationships, ideally across enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with exposure to renewals, expansion, adoption, and account health.
  • Technical curiosity and confidence working with AI, SaaS, data, automation, or enterprise software.
  • Ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A bias toward measurable impact, not activity.

Why Join

This is a unique opportunity to join a proven, high-growth AI company at the point where the Australian market is being built. You will work with major customers, influence how enterprise AI is adopted, and help define the local playbook for customer success in one of the most important technology categories of the decade.
