The Opportunity

• We are representing a high-growth LegalTech SaaS platform hiring a Chief Technology Officer to lead Product and Engineering through its next stage of scale.
• The company is building technology that is reshaping how businesses engage with legal services globally. This is a senior executive role with ownership of technology vision, architecture, product development, engineering execution, infrastructure, security, delivery velocity, and team leadership.
• You will be the operational backbone of the company’s technology products at a global enterprise level.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the technology vision, strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
• Lead Product and Engineering, with senior product and engineering leaders reporting into the role.
• Drive product delivery, engineering execution, platform scalability, and customer value.
• Build secure, scalable, well-architected technology for a global SaaS platform.
• Reduce software delivery cycle time through automation, testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Own infrastructure, security, development, delivery, and technical operations.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear goals for product and engineering teams.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team across local and offshore capability.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology and product priorities with commercial outcomes.
• Create an engineering culture that values speed, quality, collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in software development and senior technology leadership.
• Experience leading product and engineering teams in a SaaS, software, product-led, or high-growth technology business.
• Strong understanding of mobile, web, cloud, infrastructure, security, and modern software architecture.
• Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and scaling high-performing technical teams.
• Ability to bring structure, urgency, and delivery discipline into a rapid-growth environment.
• Strong product mindset and customer orientation.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity while staying highly accountable.
• Executive presence, commercial judgement, and strong cross-functional leadership.
