Deployment Strategist - ANZ - AI Voice and Agent Platform

The Opportunity

• We are representing a global AI company now hiring Deployment Strategists for its ANZ expansion.
• The company has raised US$781m, reached an US$11bn valuation, and is building breakthrough AI across voice, audio, agents, creative tools, and developer infrastructure.
• This role sits where AI becomes real. You will work directly with strategic customers to identify high-impact use cases, design bespoke solutions, coordinate technical delivery, and ensure AI is deployed into production environments that create measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Work with strategic customers to understand their most important voice, audio, and AI workflow challenges.
• Identify use cases through deep engagement with customer problems, workflows, data, and operating models.
• Partner with engineers to implement AI technology into bespoke customer solutions.
• Design and architect integrations that fit into customer products, systems, and operations.
• Build demos, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and customer-facing solution narratives.
• Present recommendations and results to technical teams, operators, and C-suite executives.
• Work with Product and Research teams to bring field insights back into the product roadmap.
• Take ownership of end-to-end execution for major customer projects.
• Help define the deployment playbook for the region.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with customers in a technical, strategic, consulting, product, implementation, or delivery role.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of APIs.
• Ability to build prototypes, demos, scripts, or technical proof points.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
• Proven ownership of ambiguous, complex projects.
• Ability to work across customer executives, engineering teams, product teams, and operational users.
• Interest in AI voice, agents, automation, and applied AI.
• Comfort working in a high-velocity, early-market environment.
